Andrew Asiamah Amoako (Pic. 1), 2nd Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Ghana, arrives at Techo International Airport this afternoon to participate in the 2nd Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC-2) being held in Phnom Penh capital city, the Kingdom of Cambodia, from Aug. 26-28.
