H.E. Dr. Jagath Wickramaratne (L, Pic. 1), Speaker of the Parliament of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, arrives at Techo International Airport this morning to participate in the 2nd Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC-2) being hosted in Phnom Penh capital city, the Kingdom of Cambodia from Aug. 26-28.
