AKP Phnom Penh, September 24, 2026—

A delegation of the Senate led by its Acting President H.E. Ouch Borith and a delegation of the National Assembly led by its Second Vice President H.E. Vong Sauth separately lay baskets of lotus to mark the 33rd Constitution Day (Sept. 24, 1993 – Sept. 24, 2026), at the Constitution Monument located in a public park west of the Independence Monument in Phnom Penh this morning.
