Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation H.E Prak Sokhonn (L, Pic. 1), in his capacity as Agent, this morning leads a Cambodian delegation and legal team to attend the First Meeting of the Conciliation Commission of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) to be held from Sept. 14 to 15, 2026 in Singapore.
