H.E. Mrs. Sounthone Xayachack (3rd L, Pic. 1), Acting President of the National Assembly of Lao People’s Democratic Republic, and her accompanying delegation, arrive at Techo International Airport this afternoon to participate in the 2nd Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC-2) being hosted in Phnom Penh capital city, the Kingdom of Cambodia from Aug. 26-28.
