H.E. Arif Havas Oegroseno (C, Pic. 1), Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, arrives at Techo International Airport this afternoon to attend the International Conference on Combating Online Scams (ICCOS-2026) to be hosted by Cambodia on Sept. 23-24 in Phnom Penh under the theme “Acting Together Towards Breaking the Chain and Eradication of Online Scams."
